Custom gym bottles: what to decide before requesting a proposal

Turn a branded bottle idea into a clear brief without assuming production terms.

Start with the use, not the logo

Will the bottle be sold at reception, included in a welcome pack or used by a team? Write down who will receive it, where it will be handed out and its role at your centre. A one-off campaign and an ongoing product need different briefs.

Prepare a readable identity

Gather your original logo, a dark-background version and your brand colours. Avoid using a small screenshot. Decide whether you want only your identity, shared branding or advice. Review size and placement in a visual proposal; a screen preview does not confirm the production finish.

List what still needs confirmation

Include an approximate quantity or say that it is undecided. Before approval, confirm material, capacity, customization method, price, minimum quantities and lead time. GymSupply does not present these as verified specifications; they must be agreed in the proposal. Keep the approved design and terms.
